Weekly measuring days to check your progress – chest, waist, thighs and weight
Each of us are setting a SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic & Timely) goal for the month. Sealed in an envelope to bring out on the final day to see how we have all gone. Also a great idea to set weekly goals – packing a healthy lunch every day, taking the dog for a walk 3 times in the week etc)
Weekly prizes and a prize at the end for the person who has lost the most centimetres in total 🙂
